Readers are encouraged to ask questions, make contributions of their own, voice disagreement, send pictures , etc. There are many dimensions to these problems. At times we may briefly digress into areas that appear to be not directly related. That's alright. This is not just a dry discussion of narrowly defined legal and technical issues.
